What kind of smart glasses does vidivici use?
Any pair of smart glasses with camera, microphone and Bluetooth connection to your phone. The intelligence lives in the app — the glasses are just the lens. Compatible with helmets and safety glasses. We define the specific model for your team during pilot setup based on your environment.
When will the product be available?
The app is in closed pilot right now with a small group of teams in the Dominican Republic and the United States. General availability lands as soon as we close the pilot — if you register today, you're in the first wave.
Does it work on sites with bad connectivity?
Yes. The live call works on both cellular data and WiFi, and the app automatically switches networks if one weakens. If the connection drops completely, recordings, photos and comments are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns. Nothing is lost.
What about conversation privacy?
Recordings and transcriptions are encrypted at rest and only members of your organization can see them. We don't share data between clients, and you control who has access to which project.
Is it only for construction?
Construction is our starting point because that's where the clearest pain lives, but the platform serves any field operation with remote specialized work: industrial maintenance, inspections, utilities, logistics, property management. If your team leaves the office to do the work, vidivici applies.
How does pricing work?
